What does it mean to be one of Cambridge’s Best Companies?

Being one of Cambridge’s best companies to work for is something that Cambridge Consultants has always strived to be. Recently, we were awarded a position on the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies list after entering a submission for the first time.

So what does being one of the best companies in Cambridge mean to us? Well, we are all about the people who work here and the feedback we get from our employees is that this is an exceptional place to work – that is now reflected by being placed in this prestigious ranking.

The ranking in Britain’s best companies to work for is based on a number of criteria that are examined through surveys of staff satisfaction. That is what makes this award different, because it reflects the opinions of our employees on things like:
